St. John's Episcopal Hospital is the only hospital providing emergency and ambulatory care to the densely populated, culturally and economically diverse, and medically underserved populations of the Rockaways and Five Towns in southern Queens County and southwestern Nassau County, New York. Celebrating over 110 years of community care, the 257-bed facility provides people of all faiths with comprehensive preventive, diagnostic treatment and rehabilitative services, regardless of ability to pay. Type: Full-Time (75 hours biweekly) Shift: Days Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Salary: $72,221 - $110,000 Job Summary: Plans, manages, and coordinates project activities to ensure goals and objectives of multiple and large projects are accomplished within prescribed time-frame and funding parameters. Establishes timelines and ensures project deadlines are met. Maintains integrity and cost containment of projects. Responsibilities: Planning

In collaboration with Ambulatory Management Team, the Project Manager develops a plan for the project, including defining the project's scope, creating a schedule, and listing critical activities

Risk Management

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure fewer issues arise. The Project Manager will schedule meetings, take minutes, and share minutes across stakeholders.

Monitoring

Ensure the project is completed on time and within scope. The Project Manager will be responsible for setting deadlines, communicating with the Ambulatory Management Team and updating the project plan continuously to reflect current state.

Communicating

Keep stakeholders updated on project, timeline, address concerns, and communicate changes. The Project Manager will participate in the weekly Operations Meetings and weekly Workflow Meetings to provide updates and gain critical information from the Ambulatory management Team.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience, required Healthcare experience a plus PMP Certification, product management, preferred
