Senior Product Manager, Identity
Endeavor Streaming is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our identity solutions, which provide secure and seamless access across our global, multi-tenant platform. This role centers on evolving the identity and access services that power both consumer-facing applications, and the internal tools used to operate and support them. Core capabilities include authentication and access (SSO, MFA, login), account management (registration, recovery, user profiles), access control (roles and permissions), and session and security management (session handling, audit logging, and compliance support). Success in this role requires close collaboration with engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to define priorities, improve operations, and ensure our identity systems remain secure, scalable, and responsive to a wide range of client and platform needs. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product roadmap for the identity services team Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery to launch and iteration Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans Prioritize and manage the product backlog for alignment and focus Work closely with Engineering and Design to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product requirements Ensure timely, high-quality releases Foster effective cross-team collaboration, including seamless integration with other product teams Track and report on key metrics to evaluate product impact and inform improvements Contribute to strategic planning with senior leadership to align the identity roadmap with broader business objectives Skills and Requirements Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional software projects (other relevant experience also accepted) Strong project and/or program management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives through the full product lifecycle Hands-on experience working with engineering teams in agile development environments Experience with the software development lifecycle and proof of delivering complex projects at scale Strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience owning both consumer-facing products and/or internal platform capabilities Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership, and delivers outcomes Nice to Haves Experience working in the media, sports, or streaming technology industries Familiarity with identity protocols and standards such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks related to identity and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Previous work with third-party identity providers and vendor integrations Exposure to user experience design principles specifically related to authentication flows and account management Certification or training in product management frameworks or agile methodologies Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
