Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs Administer medications and monitor health conditions Implement behavior management strategies and provide emotional support Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding Support individuals in participating in recreational activities and community outings Document individual progress and report any concerns or incidents to the supervisor Qualifications
Experience working with individuals with autism, hospice care, or senior care is a plus 1-year experience working with developmentally disabled individuals Computer literacy using Microsoft Word Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and other team members Understanding of resident rights and ability to advocate for individual needs Must be 21 years of age or older Beacon Specialized Living New Jersey, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #NJ123 Pay Range: USD $20.80 - USD $20.80 /Hr.
