Graduate Admissions Ambassador
The Graduate Admissions Ambassador is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for prospective visitors; this includes providing tours and sharing their experiences at Wheaton College Graduate School. This position will also play a key role in preparing materials for prospective individual visits, group visits, and recruitment events. The Graduate Admissions Ambassador may also participate in student panels during large group events, attend coffee with a prospective student, or attend lunch with a prospective student. This role also interacts with prospective students through phone, email, and video calls. Additional projects may include, but are not limited to social media posts, blog posts, video development, and handling data. Flexibility and enthusiasm are key in this role when welcoming walk-in visitors and providing clear, concise, and accurate information about Wheaton College Graduate School. A qualified candidate should be a current graduate student who has strong communication skills. Additionally, they should be hospitable, professional, organized, able to assist in light office duties, and other duties assigned. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions. This is a FWS position.
