$27.00/hour (based on experience) Quarterly Maintenance Bonus: Up to $4,000/year Annual Performance Review with Raise Potential On-Call Stipend
get paid even when not called out 401k with Company Match Tuition Reimbursement Program Tool Reimbursement: Up to $500/year Power Tool Battery Exchange Program Winter Boot Reimbursement: Up to $100/year Comprehensive Benefits: Medical Insurance: Only $45/month (Blue Cross) Dental and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Generous Paid Time Off: 80 hours in your first year 120 hours after 24 years 160 hours after 5+ years Paid Holidays 20% Rent Discount at any Monarch Community Your Role at Greenmar Apartments: Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins Work with Property Manager to manage budget and planning Lead the preventive maintenance program Supervise and mentor the maintenance team Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks) Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed What You Bring to the Team: 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air) Strong leadership and supervisory skills Preferred Certifications: EPA Certification CPO Certification Hands-On Skills in: Drywall, painting, carpentry Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipe) Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures) Appliance repair Water heater repair (gas and electric) A physical demonstration of your ability to perform job duties will be required during the interview.
