The Commercial Lines Select Accounts Advisor is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of Small Business accounts. Acting as a liaison between clients, service centers, and insurance carriers, this position ensures efficient handling of policy updates, renewals, and client inquiries. The Commercial Lines Select Accounts Advisor actively identifies opportunities to up-sell and round out accounts, contributing to the overall growth of PDCM's book of business. This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting our office in Waterloo, IA. Professional Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Select Accounts (Small Business) by promptly responding to client inquiries regarding policy status, changes, coverage updates, and billing issues. Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date client records and contact logs in the Agency Management System. Identify opportunities to up-sell existing clients on additional lines of coverage or enhanced policies. Round out accounts by adding coverage lines such as auto, umbrella, inland marine, etc., to existing accounts. Provide timely and competitive insurance quotes from multiple carriers and facilitate the application process for new or additional coverage. Analyze insurance contracts to assess terms, conditions, exclusions, and adequacy of coverage. Review insurance quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation to ensure they align with the client's risk profile and needs. Identify and recommend coverage enhancements or additional policies that may better protect the client. Act as a liaison between clients and service centers or insurance carriers to facilitate timely and accurate service transactions. Manage requests related to policy changes, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements in coordination with the carriers. Confirm all service activities are processed and documented correctly to prevent errors and omissions. Qualifications and Requirements

3 or more years of experience in a customer support or account management position (Required) High School Diploma/GED (Required) Obtainment and maintenance of Iowa Property and Casualty Insurance License. (Required) Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, specifically in Commercial Lines. (Preferred) Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. (Preferred) Possess a comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance products, coverages, policies, and procedures. Provide empathetic and supportive assistance to clients and employees by being responsive to client needs and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience. Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding clients' unique needs, and providing customized insurance solutions. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily responsibilities effectively. Exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with a persistent approach to achieving successful resolutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and transparently. Ability to collaborate effectively with in a team environment, sharing insights and contributing to collective success. Proficiency in using software systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and Microsoft Office Suite. Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through attending training programs, earning relevant certifications, and participating in industry conferences or webinars. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and client information.
