Senior Network Engineering Lead
Support our Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) department. As a member of the SEIT department you'll work in a fast-paced team environment alongside physicists, design engineers, and superconducting foundry engineers to make our technologies a reality. This position will serve on-site in San Diego, CA or Aurora, CO. Responsibilities: Support the installation, integration, and testing of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and custom equipment used to further research efforts on superconducting microelectronic devices. Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate equipment issues to support system build-out and sell-off. Support the existing network to maintain connectivity and support large intel distribution. Collaborate with the government customer to ensure that requirements and deliverables are met. Basic Qualifications for Sr Network Engineer Lead: Active TS/SCI with full scope poly 8 years of experience as a network engineer working on a classified program Strong understanding of traditional network engineering, routing and switching, firewall management Worked directly with the cyber Expertise in network security and cyber security to implement best practices and advanced protocols Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with a government customer Open to 70% OCONUS travel Preferred Qualifications for Sr. Network Engineer Lead: CCNA or CISSP SATCOM network experience specifically for a ground/surface user
