high-quality solutions. Responsibilities Develop strategic roadmaps and execution plans aligned with business goals and

objectives

Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EPM implementationsfrom requirements gathering to deploymentincluding hands-on development

Oversee daily operations of Oracle EPM applications, ensuring system health, stability, reliability, and

timely

application of Oracle patches and updates

Provide support to end-users during critical financial processes, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing technical needs to ensure high user satisfaction

Create and

maintain

comprehensive documentation, including business processes, runbooks, and system architecture

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and enhance financial planning, reporting, and close workflows

Stay current with Oracle EPM technologies, industry trends, and best practices to foster continuous improvement and innovation

Identify

opportunities for process optimization and develop prototypes to boost productivity and operational efficiency

Define and track KPIs and metrics to

monitor

product performance, system health, user adoption, and satisfaction

Mentor junior team members, promoting best practices in Oracle EPM configuration, development, and implementation

Salary Range Our compensation reflects the cost of labor within the US market. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance. $178.9k - $232.3k USD #LI-CG1 Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years' experience, or

Master's

Degree with 6+ years' experience working with the Oracle EPM suite of products

Deep technical

expertise

in the implementation, configuration, and support of: EPBCS (all modules), EDMCS, PCMCS and Narrative Reporting

Expert-level, hands-on experience in developing EPM solutions, including cube design, dimension and hierarchy management, data integrations, report development, automation, scripting (Groovy, business rules), and navigation flows

Strong communication

skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across IT and business teams

Solid domain knowledge of Financial Planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting

Experience integrating Oracle EPM with other enterprise systems for both data and metadata exchange

Preferred Qualifications Oracle EPM certifications

API based integrations with Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems.

Understanding of ML/AI

leveraging

Oracle EPM IPM (Intelligent Performance Management)

, even as proof-of-concept implementation

Experience with Power BI and SQP query

Understanding of

Oracle ERP

modules

(GL, AR,

AR

etc.)
