Job Summary

The Mobile Health Learning Lab and Health Training Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing health education by collaborating with employer partners, faculty, and staff to assess and meet training needs through the Mobile Health Learning Lab. This dynamic position oversees all aspects of the labs operationsincluding marketing, scheduling, contracts, logistics, and on-site coordinationwhile also managing the maintenance and transportation of the mobile unit. The coordinator will serve as the primary driver and on-site lead, ensuring seamless clinic setup, client communication, and operational excellence at each location. In addition, this role works closely with the Workforce Development Coordinator to identify emerging training opportunities and support administrative functions related to Skill Advance Colorado Grants and contract training initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about workforce development, community engagement, and innovative health education delivery. This is a grant funded position through March of 2026. Continuation of the position is contingent upon continued funding. Qualifications

Valid Colorado State Drivers License with a clean driving record, ability to pass drug testing Associates degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. Ability to drive, park and maintain at 38 RV (Mobile Lab) Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing multiple projects and ability to meet deadlines. Event management experience. Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends. Experience in program coordination, logistics management, and community outreach. Application Instructions
