Quality Manager
We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality operations and operational quality systems for our next-generation intraoral scanner devices. This role is critical to ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) excellence across manufacturing while maintaining a compliant and high-performing Quality Management System (QMS). Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day quality functions across production. Maintain and improve QMS in accordance with ISO and internal standards. Lead root cause investigations, 8D corrective actions, and internal audits. Drive initiatives for scrap reduction, first-pass yield, and inspection effectiveness. Support document control, training programs, and process validations. Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations. Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks, ideally in a regulated environment (ISO or similar). Familiarity with ISO13485, FDA QSR, CE MDR standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications
