Operations & Technology Leader

with the external-facing, growth and consultative mindset of a
Chief Technology Officer
enabling our customers to define and realize
their
technological strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and scalability of our services and engage directly with senior client stakeholders to help them align technological investments with mission outcomes and modernization goals to achieve long-term success. In this role, you will lead team(s) responsible for strategic initiatives, client delivery, internal operations and activities to support the SLED organization in successfully achieving financial and operational goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Delivery & Operational Leadership Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions and services across all client engagements, ensuring high performance, contractual compliance/risk management, and financial success. Build, manage, and scale high-performing delivery teams, PMOs, and operational support functions with a focus on efficiency, repeatability, and continuous improvement. Optimize delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and performance metrics to enhance execution quality and predictability. Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery risks and client satisfaction issues; conduct Delivery Review Board (DRB) assessments to ensure delivery readiness for new and expansion business. Oversee coordination with support services (e.g., HR, IT, Legal, Finance) to enable seamless service delivery and organizational alignment. 2. Customer Technology Strategy & Advisory Serve as a strategic technology advisor to customer executives, helping define and shape their IT and digital transformation strategies aligned with mission and business outcomes. Facilitate executive workshops and planning sessions to identify innovation opportunities, assess maturity, and co-develop actionable technology roadmaps. Provide expert guidance in areas such as enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, data platforms, AI/ML adoption, and legacy modernization in alignment with Global Practices. Support business development by contributing to solution strategies, deal structuring, and proposal and pursuit differentiation. 3. Strategic Initiatives & Cross-Organizational Execution Lead the execution of key Corporate and cross-functional organizational initiatives, including transformation programs, new market offerings, and delivery excellence efforts. Oversee SLED-specific operational initiatives, including facility operations, special projects, and M&A evaluation and integration in partnership with Corporate functions. Act as an objective reviewer and approver for sub-vertical strategies, key deals, and high-impact programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Promote a culture focused on delivery excellence and customer satisfaction grounded in accountability, innovation, and measurable impact. Foster collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and client teams to ensure alignment with evolving customer needs and industry dynamics. Required Experience & Education: 15+ years of relevant work experience in the management of internal operations and activities to support the SLED organization in achieving financial and operational goals and objectives Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
