Major Function & Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Specialist II to provide hands-on desktop support and technical assistance across multiple office locations and remote jobsites. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues while delivering top-notch service to all levels of staff, from field personnel to executive leadership. The IT Specialist II will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Office-based work with frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 65 lbs. Frequent desk work involving computer and phone use. Occasional travel to job sites and satellite offices. Must be comfortable navigating office environments and performing hands-on hardware tasks. Position Description
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide first-level desktop and remote support for PCs, software, networking devices, printers, plotters, and more. Diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues both in-person and remotely. Serve as the first point of contact for Service Desk tickets in your assigned region, ensuring timely resolution. Travel quarterly to satellite offices and jobsites to maintain equipment and support local teams (reimbursed per company policy). Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment across locations. Collaborate with IT management on mobilizations, de-mobilizations, and various technology projects. Respond to support calls in the Eastern Time Zone Position Requirements
What You'll Bring:
College diploma, university degree, or equivalent work experience (3+ years preferred) in computer science or related field. Speak, read and write in Fluent Spanish is required for this position. Strong knowledge of Windows 10, desktop hardware, Active Directory, and basic networking fundamentals. Excellent troubleshooting abilities with keen attention to detail. Willingness to learn and support a variety of office and network devices (routers, switches, VoIP systems, printers, etc.). Clear and professional communication skills - able to support everyone from executives to field staff. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
