The Business Development Representative plays a significant role in advancing our mission by qualifying the best clients. A team can only grow as fast as its ability to support business growth, and with growth comes tremendous opportunity for the entire team. Responsibilities
Advance the company's established strategic sales direction, message, and brand. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals on new maintenance & snow business. Create and maintain beneficial networking opportunities to expand its reach and advance the Brilar brand. Prospect and secure new business through networking, cold calling, emails, consistent follow-ups, and in-person to support the growth of Brilar. Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline to ensure quota attainment. Drive significant growth in the market for new clients, achieving or exceeding individual quota. Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects. Report sales metrics. Positively represent the company and brand at all times. Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the industry. Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum of 3 years' experience in service sales. Sufficient knowledge and experience with CRM software. Be highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed. Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a more extended selling cycle environment. Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional presentation skills, both in-person and virtual. Experience with RFP documentation is a strong asset. Able to work proactively for extended periods with minimal direct supervision. Possess a positive and friendly attitude.
