Forklift Operator
Triple Cities Metal Finishing is currently seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and productivity through a hands-on approach. Specifically, the role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials and other receivables. From advanced surface preparation to highly technical finishing processes, we can handle the smallest pieces to large parts over 30 feet long. Our three shifts of skilled professionals in our 125,000 square foot facility have made us the vendor of choice for metal finishing for Northeastern United States. Whether it is electroplating, electroless plating, wet paint, or powder coat, we finish it right the first time! Position Overview
Operate forklift to safely load and unload materials from trucks and trailers. Transport materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks. Complete delivery paperwork as needed. Perform routine maintenance. Comply with company policies and guidelines. Update inventory, lists, records, and log all completed tasks. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications
Experience: Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods. Good organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift heavy objects. Current forklift license preferred, ability to drive a forklift required. Previous experience in warehouse, or other related field strongly preferred. Shift
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Total Compensation Package
Wage + $17.50-$18.50/hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
