Leads the discovery, design, development, support, and optimization of complex integrations between Workday and External/Internal systems, managing end-to-end workflows using technologies. Works with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Payroll, and Finance to define configuration and integration requirements. Ensures robust Workday security for integrations. Prepares and manages integration migrations and deployments. Ensures compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. Develops and executes test plans to validate application performance. Collaborates with vendors to map requirements and resolve integration issues. Support HR systems including server related maintenance support on HR related applications. Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field REQUIRED Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience. Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing integrations of Workday with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Workday HCM ecosystem. Preferred Qualifications Workday Certification and familiarity with Agile Process Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment Verbal and written proficiency in the English language Experience developing and optimizing advanced reporting solutions using Workday technologies Experience with custom development initiatives using Workday Extend and other relevant technologies Ability to mentor team members Ability to manage complex issues and apply root cause analysis Expert knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications Advanced analytical skills Innovative and growth mindset Advanced Degree preferred Zebra is an equal opportunity employer.
