Lead to join our maintenance team in New Orleans. This role combines field expertise with leadership responsibilities and offers the chance to work with large-scale material handling equipment critical to our operations. About the New Orleans Terminal: Work along the Mississippi River at the Port of New Orleans, one of the busiest trade gateways in the United States. Our maintenance team supports 24/7 high-volume cargo handling with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy mobile equipment (forklifts, cranes, loaders) Schedule and track maintenance tasks using CMMS (Maximo) Manage vendors and parts procurement as needed Ensure safety and ISO/HSSE compliance in all activities Mentor and support maintenance team members What You Need to Succeed: 5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience; leadership experience is a plus Strong skills in diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems diagnostics Proficiency with CMMS systems (preferably Maximo) Valid driver's license; TWIC card required or ability to obtain Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage with overtime opportunities PPE and workwear provided Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities Collaborative, safety-driven work environment Work Schedule: Full-time position with rotating availability for weekends and emergency callouts Additional Information
