Salary: $3,742.67 - $6,666.66 per month commensurate with experience. Job Description Summary: Performs administrative duties including, supervision of student workers, assisting with Board Of Regents special events and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Interview, recommend for hire, train, supervise and schedule student workers. Student worker Workday manager. As needed, ensure student coverage at front desk. Coordinate catering needs for BOR Annex guests and Board meetings. Responsible for mail being received, logged and distributed. Assist with scheduling campus tours for visitors and special guests as requested. Assist in management of athletic events to include ticket orders/distribution, hotel blocks, nametags, guest lists, guest bios and parking. Assist with Board Of Regents special events to include catering planning, invite distribution, RSVP tracking, registration desk operations and onsite supplies. Coordinate photographic services which includes print items. Assist in logging receipts & invoices to be processed and preliminary review of expense reports. Prepare and proofread correspondence and other documentation for the Board Office. Assist with scanning of meeting materials. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Six years of related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a high stress environment. Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently once given a project. Ability to work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
