Job Title
This role is responsible for supporting business operations through collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, creating tools, dashboards, displays, and other reports for managerial review. This role works closely with managers to implement business strategies based on data analyses. Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations and strategic initiatives. Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity. Elicit and refine business requirements via interviews with stakeholders at all levels within the organization and via review of existing process documentation and other artifacts. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business operations. Develop project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely project completion. Work closely with various departments, including operations, regulatory, engineering, and quality assurance, to gather information, understand needs, and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication. Lead the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, without close supervision and some latitude for independent judgment. Provide feedback and guidance to more junior team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document. Shares knowledge related to industry best practices and standards with others across the team. Perform other duties as assigned by manager. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, or a related field or comparable professional experience. 10 years of experience in a relevant role required. Experience with technical writing. Experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects independently to meet deadlines and to complete tasks. U.S. Citizen Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a regulated industry (i.e. nuclear) is preferred. Active DOE-Q security clearance Additional Skills Excellent customer service and communications skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to deal with conflicts and stressful situations.
