Our team is composed of technical operators focused on finding and investing in technologies that will change the future for generations. We're operators who lean in to help build companies. We are expanding our Finance team to bring on a skilled Senior Fund Accountant who will support and report to our Assistant Controller. As a key member of the team, you will be integral to maintaining and managing financial operations for the firm. You will support core finance initiatives including quarterly reporting of all of our funds ($1B+ AUM) plus portfolio company reporting for our 50+ portfolio investments. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books and records for multiple venture funds and SPVs, ensuring timely and precise accounting across entities. Prepare quarterly financial statements, capital account allocations, and investor reporting packages for funds and SPVs. Support the annual audit and tax processes, including coordination with external auditors and tax advisors. Respond to limited partner inquiries related to financial results, capital activity, and reporting requirements. Prepare and execute capital calls and distributions in coordination with fund operations. Manage and update the investor portal, ensuring all documents and data are current and complete. Contribute to the financial sections of fundraising materials, investor reports, and internal dashboards. Track and report portfolio company financial and operating metrics on a quarterly basis for use by the investment team. Partner with the Assistant Controller to improve and scale the finance function in line with the firm's long-term growth. Qualifications

You have 1-3 years of experience in investment management accounting, fund admin, audit or tax. You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field. You have an understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and partnership accounting. You have a strong work ethic and high attention to detail. You have experience with venture capital or private equity. You have excellent time management skills and ability to multitask. You are an Excel expert with skills to manage large volumes of data. You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You are intellectually curious and practical. You are collaborative and ambitious. The annual base salary range is $100k to $130k. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, and skills. We offer a competitive benefits package and prioritize in-person collaboration. Our team works from our Palo Alto office at least three days a week, and each month, we come together for a full week of focused work at our inspiring Studio office.
