The Associate Director Edge Resiliency will oversee the strategy and execution of resiliency initiatives across all manufacturing facilities, ensuring the continuity of operations and compliance with the latest resiliency and security standards. This role is responsible for managing operational and cyber-physical risks, developing and implementing policies, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms that strengthen the organization's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions. Reporting to executive leadership and collaborating closely with the Digital Resiliency Lead, plant/operation managers, engineering, IT/security, and supply chain teams, the Associate Director Edge Resiliency will align resiliency investments and practices with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements. This position will lead cross-functional teams to assess vulnerabilities, implement mitigation measures, and drive continuous improvement in resiliency practices, ensuring operational excellence and the protection of mission-critical manufacturing operations. What You Will Do
Develop and implement a comprehensive factory resiliency strategy encompassing risk assessment, mitigation, and recovery for all manufacturing sites focused on digital services Establish resiliency across all aspects of Infrastructure (Network, Compute. End user services, etc.) Lead teams to conduct resiliency based factory assessments Drive adoption of advanced technologies (e.g., IoT, predictive analytics, automation) to enhance operational resilience and agility Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, IT, supply chain, security) to embed resiliency into factory processes and culture Lead regular resiliency exercises, incident simulations, and after-action reviews to continuously improve preparedness and response capabilities Monitor emerging risks and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions for factory resilience Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and reporting mechanisms to ensure consistent resiliency practices and compliance with internal and external standards Serve as the primary point of contact for factory resiliency matters, coordinating response efforts and stakeholder communications during incidents and disruptions Identify and resolve cross-functional challenges related to resiliency, ensuring effective implementation of solutions across all manufacturing sites Ensure alignment of resiliency initiatives with digital transformation efforts and broader organizational priorities Oversee the integration of resiliency requirements into both legacy and modern factory systems, addressing unique operational and cyber-physical risks Track performance metrics and key indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of resiliency programs and drive ongoing enhancements Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience 10+ years' experience in manufacturing/technology resiliency with demonstrated success leading factory or digital resiliency strategy 5+ years proven track record in developing and implementing resiliency strategies, risk management frameworks, and recovery plans for complex manufacturing environments 5+ years experience managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with engineering, operations, IT, supply chain, and security functions 30% Travel Required for this role Qualifications We Prefer
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to factory resiliency, business continuity, and cyber-physical security Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate systemic risks, resolve cross-functional challenges, and implement effective resiliency solutions Exceptional communication skills to influence and align stakeholders across a global enterprise Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of resiliency and continuous improvement, providing training and guidance to teams at all levels Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to set policy, standards, and investment priorities for factory resiliency Work Location

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
