Mail Sorting and Distribution Receive, sort and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate departments or individuals. Package Handling Safely handle and log all incoming and outgoing packages. Mailroom Organization Maintain a clean and organized mailroom, ensuring that supplies such as envelopes, postage and packaging material are well-stocked. Reception Answer, screen and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel or department. Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to mail and packages. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of customer service experience 2 years of phone experience preferred Proven track record of long-term employment with previous positions Strong organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to lift and move packages of varying weight (up to 50lbs)
