Associate Operator Marketing Manager- Retail Foodservice and Non-Commercial, UFS
Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the foodservice division of Unilever, a global, branded, powerhouse focusing on delivering products and solutions to chefs across operator groups in over 70 countries. The Operator Marketing team plays a critical role in this collaboration and has end-to-end responsibility in understanding the key operator group insights, identifying the pain points, and designing value added solutions that results in growth for our customers and our business. Retail Foodservice & Non Comm will be a part of the Go-to-Market team responsible for growth in priority operator groups. You will work collaboratively with sales & culinary to deliver value-add solutions, focusing on operator group insights, relevancy of content, and the different needs of the diners and chefs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end operator journey, and you will be accountable for delivering business targets aligned to the operator group and relevant categories. Insights on key operator groups Deep understanding of foodservice landscape as well as diner and operator group needs, with a natural curiosity and passion for continuous learning. Ability to translate insights into execution plan, with end-to-end responsibility from design to landing in marketplace Strong analytical mindset to understand key data points, identify the implication, and establish solutions / path forward that addresses the "so what" and is clearly articulated across stakeholders & touchpoints. Demand Creation: Retail Foodservice & Non-Commercial Operator Groups Customize master brand campaign content, and develop tools and assets that the sales team can use to drive demand with their target customers Collaborate with culinary to deliver menu inspiration Create operator group specific content that can be leveraged across digital touchpoints to drive demand generation Support efforts to increase contactable operator database Operator Engagement Critical member of Go-to-Market squads bringing marketing expertise to targeting, planning & execution against key accounts Collaborate with operators during capabilities presentations, customer marketing meetings and ideation sessions to demonstrate UFS' solution-oriented approach and bring value to the operators Bring marketing expertise and solutions to joint business planning discussions, with end-to-end accountability of creating and delivering marketing activities aligned with success metrics. What You'll Need to Succeed 4-year college degree in marketing, business or culinary 3+ years of experience in foodservice or relevant corporate; experience in sales a plus Proven track record of developing relationships in cross-functional teams and comfortable in engaging with customers Strong project management, presentation skills and business acumen Proficiency and drive to become a proficient user of our systems (Salesforce.com, Power BI) Passion for driving results with a strong interest in the food industry.
