Program Manager
Prescient Edge is seeking a Program Manager to support a federal government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities: Shall successfully integrate and coordinate all activities needed to execute the requirements set forth. Shall manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification. Shall provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of subcontractors. Shall ensure all contractor personnel provide customer satisfaction, display professionalism, and demonstrate ethical behavior. Shall establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility to ensure effective management of the resources assigned to the requirement. Must maintain continuity between the support operations at HQ USCENTCOM on MacDill AFB and the contractor's corporate offices. Job Requirements: Desired experience: 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Experience at a Combatant Command or equivalent organization and experience in the regional, political and military issue in the CENTCOM AOR. Desired education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Security Clearance: Security clearance required TS/SCI.
