Performs administrative and transactional services in support of various vehicle operations functions, including those associated with auctions, operations, logistics, inspections, dealer services. May work with vehicle titles, registration and/or other documents and records. Ensures all documents and records are prepared, verified and filed according to company and regulatory requirements. Ensures all administrative services are performed in accordance with business, process and customer expectations. Provides administrative/transactional support for an assigned team or group within vehicle operations (i.e., dealer services, out of market). Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5pm Pacific- onsite (subject to change based on business needs) Job Responsibilities: Verifies and ensures accuracy of recorded information, including tax, forms, fees, license/vin information etc. Verifies that all documents are approved, signed and distributed according to established procedure Serves as a point of contact for employee/customer questions about policies and procedures Works exception queues and updates and validates title, registration and other exceptions in the system Assists vendors, dealers, and other third parties with questions about processes, status and issue resolution. Troubleshoots and resolves issues for completion of title, registration and related work on behalf of internal and external customers. Keeps up to date with title, registration, and related regulatory requirements and changes. Completes title packets within given states requirements and deadlines Qualifications: Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years experience in a related field Prior automotive titling experience is required Preferred: DealerTrack/WA DOL experience is strongly preferred. Notary license preferred but not required. Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Must be positive, personable, self-motivated, and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be a team player but also able to work independently. Ability to learn different computer functions and programs, calculator and other office equipment Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant attitude under a variety of circumstances Drug Testing: To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
