Job Title: Clerk III (DOT) Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an opportunity for a Clerk III in Washington, DC. The schedule is 8am - 4:30pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive tenant service requests via phone, email, and in person. Process onboarding employees for onsite specific requirements such as badging. Timesheet documentation, verification and processing. Assist in updating site financial documents such as budget forecasting IDIQ statuses Print monthly PMs as needed and provide to the Chief Engineer. Filing, receptionist and updating site information. Meticulous attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks. Regularly run and review Open Service Orders and Open PMs reports to ensure timely completion. Track inventory of materials and create purchase requests. Work with Microsoft Office Suite to produce professional, accurate documents as needed. This position directly reports to the Operations Manager Other duties as assigned by the Management Team. Qualifications: 3
6 years work related experience Must have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Must exhibit a professional demeanor Strong skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Visio and especially excel) Excellent calendar management skills including experience with Microsoft Outlook or similar software Experience with the use of office equipment and arranging meetings Ability to use good judgment Strong organizational skills and ability to handle concurrent, multiple job tasks Strong interpersonal skills As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
