Job Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives, including automation projects, spanning one or multiple fulfillment centers. Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously. Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities. Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and the project management team meetings. 20% domestic business travel to company location in Indiana based on project needs. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or a foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field of study, plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in a job offered, or Supply Chain Management related job titles, in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or a manufacturing setting. Requires 5 years of experience with: 1. Designing and implementing strategies using Asana, MS Projects, Agile, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Jira to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations in the warehouse environment. 2. Technical assessment, ordering, production, and logistics management, 3. Developing and implementing processes to address operational challenges in a warehouse setting, 4. Managing projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors and coordinating cross-functional and cross-time zone teams and projects 5. Managing a full project life cycle, including aligning KPIs and Project planning in a fast-moving environment.
