Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government industry leader, is seeking a Project Manager to support our customer in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include managing and implementing the overall program requirements for OFLC Mission Support contract to provide case and administrative services to facilitate the timely processing of employer applications for permanent and temporary labor certification and requests for prevailing wage determinations authorized under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and Federal regulations, and meet data collection requirements approved by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the day-to-day case and administrative support services of all contractor staff. Supervising, directing, and coordinating the activities and schedules of supervisors/team leads, analyst staff and other contract staff. Fostering a work environment that respects individuals, promotes teamwork and cooperation and encourages innovation and new ideas. Developing, documenting, and maintaining work processes and rules, assisting in developing quality and production goals for the staff and monitoring staff performance. Performing higher order tasks such as those associated with supervised recruitment. Assisting with case processing as time and workload demands. Performing a wide variety of tasks on any visa program administered by the OFLC possessing substantive knowledge of program administration techniques and methodologies. Working with the National Processing Center Federal Certifying Officer(s) and the NPC Director and working harmoniously with other contractors at the center, as required. Coordinating with the OFLC National Office staff and the Center Director to accomplish the work of the center. Requirements include: Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Five to Ten years of experience managing and implementing contract requirements for federal government programs. Five to Ten years of related work experience in a field or discipline that demonstrated analytical and communication skills, both orally and in writing. Bachelor's Degree. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Six Sigma certification are highly desirable. Excellent communication (verbal and written), as well as customer service skills. Familiarity with OFLC case management and tracking systems, such as iCERT Portal and PERM. Familiarity with processing of employer applications for permanent/temporary labor certification and prevailing wage determinations. Proficiency in project management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. HSPD-12 background/PIV check is required. Position located in Washington, DC.
