Naturium is seeking a Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead the execution of influencer strategies across the U.S., U.K., and E.U. markets. This role will be responsible for developing and managing end-to-end influencer campaignsspanning paid partnerships, gifting, whitelisting, affiliate programs, and eventsfor both core product lines and new launches. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in influencer and content marketing within the beauty or skincare industry, a track record of measurable campaign success, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for emerging trends, and is adept at managing multiple priorities with precision. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Identify, engage, and manage influencers across various tiers and platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media channels. Build and optimize systems, tools, and operational frameworks to efficiently scale influencer programs. Oversee influencer outreach and relationship management efforts, including organic seeding, paid activations, and affiliate initiatives. Lead influencer contract negotiations, ensuring all agreements align with brand guidelines and budget constraints. Manage the influencer affiliate program to support the growth of Naturium's DTC business. Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs using tools such as Tribe Dynamics; derive actionable insights to enhance future initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer partners, talent managers, and agency partners. Partner cross-functionally with Social, Brand, DTC, PR, and Sales teams to align influencer efforts with broader marketing goals. Supervise and mentor junior team members, contractors, and interns. Stay informed on competitor activity and evolving influencer trends to continuously refine Naturium's strategy. Qualifications

5+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or personal care. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related fieldor equivalent experience. Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns from concept through execution and analysis. Deep knowledge of the influencer ecosystem, particularly on TikTok and YouTube. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills; experience managing influencer contracts. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
