We are seeking a Facilities Program Manager to join our team at MacDill Air Force Base, FL. This role supports the US Marine Corps Forces Central Command (MARCENT) Logistics Directorate (G-4) and oversees the development, administration, and operations of the Command's facility management program. The Facilities Program Manager will define, plan, execute, manage, and close out projects while providing continuous feedback to stakeholders and maintaining program records. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage short- and long-term facility management priorities for CONUS and OCONUS locations. Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for the facility management section, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency. Maintain expertise in DoD facility requirements, including security, anti-terrorism, environmental standards, energy conservation, and secure facility construction. Lead financial planning for facility operations and future projects. Coordinate project management, architectural, and engineering services with agencies such as the Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facilities Command. Provide technical expertise in facilities planning, programming, and development. Manage funding requests for facility projects and oversee budgets for construction initiatives. Facilitate Facilities Utilization Boards and Operational Planning Teams to ensure project alignment with legal and operational standards. Basic Qualifications: Active DoD Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience. Additional experience, trainings, or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of three (3) years of experience at a Combatant or Component Command. Expertise in Host Nation interactions and diplomatic processes. Experience managing maintenance programs for military or specialized facilities. Knowledge of construction and maintenance operations, including reviewing project plans and supervising compliance. Budgeting and planning expertise for facility programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with drafting programs, blueprints, and contracting documents. Ability to obtain a U.S. passport and travel internationally. Capability to work in a drug-free environment and pass random urinalysis testing. Preferred Qualifications: Three (3) years of experience with US Marine Corps Forces Central Command. Active DoD TS/SCI clearance/eligibility. Project Management certification highly encouraged.
