The RTM is the representative for all technical aspects within the Area North America allocated region and in certain cases, aids the rest of the Americas. Responsible for the technical know-how & expertise within the allocated region, the role supports and consults service engineers, sales representatives, and customers equally, together with our network of Local Technical Advisors (LTA's) and team of Regional Technical Managers (RTM's). The RTM supports the RTM Snr and Baden Global Technical Service (GTS) in the investigations of failures, technical clarifications, distribution of technical information, training of people, field tests, turbocharger modifications and upgrade/retrofit projects. Your Responsibilities

Support and advise other functions of the relevant Service Stations in any technical matters (failures, upgrades, modifications, technical inquiries, field tests, etc.) Provide basic technical introduction to new employees of the Service Stations with the support of the RTM team. Share and explain technical information - provided by the GTS - to colleagues of the Service Stations or Region. Report technical abnormalities such as early or unusual wear, customer complaints or similar to the GTS by means of a failure report. Provide first response in case of failures, collect relevant information, take high quality pictures of damaged parts, enter a Failure Report and seek advice on further steps from the RTM Snr and/or GTS. Attend high visibility and complex service jobs to offer technical supervision and guidance to Service Engineers and a representative of our technical team. Understand customer's needs and translate into suggestions for product improvements, give structured feedback to Operations and GTS. Conduct failure and warranty investigations of turbochargers, aligned with Accelleron guidelines. Autonomously lead standard failure investigations, including proposal for commercial warranty decisions. Collect and communicate inputs required for the timely release of investigation reports to customer. Support ongoing upgrade projects, turbocharger modification programs and field tests in allocated region. Support RTM team with management of regional technical network: selection / training / coaching of Service Engineers and Service Coordinators in the allocated region. Exchange experiences with other RTMs regularly within the Area and globally as directed by Baden GTS. Audit Service Reports and provide applicable training to Service Engineers and Service Coordinators to improve data quality. Adhere to and promote Accelleron HSE guidelines in all activities. Adhere to all Accelleron Rules and Guidelines and ensure confidentiality of all information especially those pertaining to proprietary knowledge. Your Background

Skills

Solid technical background is compulsory (e.g. application know-how engine - turbocharger) Customer oriented and ability to handle critical & challenging customer situations. Willingness to travel (up to 50%) to allocated region regularly. Comfortable working in a multicultural working environment. Assist with identifying LTAs and capable of coaching them remotely. Characteristics

Efficient, organized, task-oriented person, capable of interacting and communicating with all customer technical personnel, power station staff, vessel crew and internal technical departments, both verbally and in writing. Possessing tact, empathy, diplomacy and efficiency in communicating effectively. Analytical and accurate, with attention to detail, ability to plan and follow company protocols. Requires decision making ability with ability to work independently and on own initiative. Financially aware with good computer literacy. Education and Experience

12 years practical working experience with turbochargers and/or reciprocating engines High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with Service and B2B customer contact Excellent English (oral and written) Intermediate or advanced Spanish (oral and written) Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Leadership and coaching skills Self-driven & proactive Willingness to continuously learn and excel Your Benefits
