The impact of the Program Manager to Coupa: The Program Manager will be responsible for managing complex programs and projects across the organization. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering technology solutions with a focus on the intended business value. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in delivering complex programs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:
Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with business partners and senior leadership to drive successful delivery of key initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations. Facilitate regular status meetings, communicate progress, risks, and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Promote Coupa program management practices, manage budgets, and continuously improve project execution and discipline. What You Will Bring To Coupa:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 68 years of experience in IT program/project management, with a strong record of leading large, cross-functional initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana) and knowledgeable in SDLC and emerging technologies. Problem-solving and decision-making expertise, with PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred. The estimated pay range for this role is $96,900 - $143,000. The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
