Founding Engineer Opportunity
As a founding engineer, you'll be: Building across the full stack and help shape product direction. Launching new features, speaking directly with customers to gather feedback, iterating quickly. Owning parts of the product end-to-end. You'll be successful in this role if you
Are a relentlessly resourceful engineer with experience building real-world applications, with a high bar for quality. If you've personally built something people use, years of experience is basically irrelevant. Can go from 0 to 1 building full stack applications. Care deeply about those who use what you build. Enjoy learning and working in a very fast-paced environment. Bonus Points
Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer. Strong sense of product taste. Have built LLM-powered products. Experience with Typescript, React, TailwindCSS, Python, Redux. We want to avoid having someone who only touches one part of the codebase (ex: "I only do backend"). Some people obviously have proficiencies but in general, we all work full stack and are willing to learn anything to make things work. About Our Process
Introductory chat. Technical interview Paid multi-day trial period where we work together to determine if it's a fit. We'll match the trial pay to whatever salary you're currently making or market rate to compensate for your time.
