This is a full-time salaried position, based out of Bridgewater, NJ (HQ) or Tampa, FL location. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Consolidations and Financial Reporting to assist with our consolidations and financial reporting function. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of consolidated financial results and compliance with applicable accounting standards. The Senior Analyst, Consolidations and Financial Reporting has a strong technical accounting background, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex financial data across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment. The Role: Assist in the completion of monthly and quarterly consolidation tasks of 45+ global sites in OneStream, including preparing and managing top side journal entries Assist in financial reporting tasks relating to the preparation and reporting of quarterly and annual financial statements internally, to banks, and other investors Support in preparing the consolidated property, plant and equipment roll forward Continuously enhance the close process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls Assist with accounting and accounting-related projects (e.g. implementation of new accounting standards, business and M&A projects) Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations for Controllership managed general ledgers Assist with preparing and managing internal control tasks within AuditBoard Assist with the monthly process of pushing down top side entries to the corresponding business' local general ledger Prepare financial reporting packages for Controllership managed general ledgers Coordination with external auditors on tasks performed by the Controllership team 10% global travel expectations Other duties as assigned The Candidate: Bachelor's degree in accounting, required; CPA preferred Minimum of four years of progressive experience in accounting and/or financial reporting, including Big 4/public accounting or industry experience, required Strong understanding of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)/IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and consolidation principles, required Experience with multi-entity, global consolidation, required Familiarity with tools such as Hyperion (HFM), OneStream, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS, or similar, required; OneStream, highly preferred Experience in a public company environment or with SEC reporting, preferred Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds Pay: New Jersey Posting The anticipated salary range for this position in New Jersey is $83,610 - $127,700, plus bonus, when eligible. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
