Counterintelligence Agent Instructor (DCAC)

JCITA provides a full spectrum of joint and advanced counterintelligence training, which includes CI operations, collections, investigations, functional services, and analysis. JCITA is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education (COE) and adheres to COE standards. JCITA offers in-residence courses, mobile training teams, and distance/distributed learning opportunities; courses include rigorous student assessments to meet strict instructional design standards. Responsibilities:

You are responsible for providing world-class DoD Cl Agent Course (DCAC) instruction. Plan, develop, and execute training certification for entry level understanding of Defense Agency CI missions and functions Instruction. The training provides the CI Agent with the basic knowledge to conduct the diverse duties of a Defense Agency CI Special Agent and emphasizes DoD CI legal issues; CI functional services; CI education briefings; detection of espionage; Cl inquiries; preserving CI operational and investigative viability and prosecutorial information; collecting and reporting CI information; and assisting other agencies in CI matters to include operations and investigations. Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR and CONUS. Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks. Qualifications:

TS/SCI W/ Poly or ability to obtain poly. Five (5) years of demonstrated experience conducting CI inquiries and/or full scope investigations. Knowledge of the Cl missions and functions required. Possess expert knowledge in CI activities in support of the five CI functions: investigations, collection, operations, functional services, and analysis and production which was gained through experience. Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, must be a graduate of JClTA NSlC, ACIIC and/or the AFCITC, or an IC school equivalent. This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available.
