PuroClean Emergency Restoration Project Manager - Lead Restoration/Mitigation Technician

PuroClean Emergency Restoration seeks experienced Project Managers, Lead Restoration Technicians & helpers to join our team in Linthicum Heights & Hunt Valley, MD. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4/5pm with a mandatory on-call rotation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees after a 90-day trial period. Benefits

Tuition assistance Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Scoping & executing mitigation projects

of water, fire, mold, biohazard in homes and commercial buildings. Specialty cleaning & deodorization.

Business process adherence and SLA (Service Level Agreement) Compliance

Projection documentation and photographing throughout mitigation process

Proficiency in the use of chosen software systems.

Demolition, cleaning, contents cleaning and pack out

Possibly some light construction including board ups Desired Qualifications:

Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the restoration mitigation industry or other relevant experience

IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, ASD - Advanced Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation, Carpet Cleaning.

Strong customer service skills. Able to interact directly with customers, insurance adjusters, referral sources and provide exceptional customer service

Ability to navigate through smartphone/tablet and use the software that is critical to our business.

Ability to work overtime in response to emergency situations after normal business hours

Ability to lift 50lbs

Ability to perform labor intensive work

at times in PPE, in unsanitary/dirty conditions

Should have a valid drivers license, pass a background check and drug screening

Relevant experience would be military, restoration, emergency response, construction

Customer Project Execution and/or Initial Job Scoping;

Ensure all proper paperwork is signed

BEFORE

work begins

Oversee world class execution of jobs by proper and thorough documentation

Create job sketches, photos via Company Cam, EnCircle, drying logs via MICA/Mitigate

Skills in using DASH for job management

Oversight of repeatable business processes

Make sure jobsites are left clean and orderly before departure

Review all job paperwork is accurate and complete before departure; scope sheets by room, moisture logs, psychometric logs, EQ responsibility form, EQ inventory/tracking sheet, ESE

Ensure two-way communication with other PER personnel on job status before departure from job site

Success = having clients complete our Certificate of Satisfaction or Excellent Service Endorsement, collect Selfies and Online 5-Star Reviews

Take a lead role in writing, scheduling, and executing a personal and professional skills development plan. More specifically:

Schedule and complete the Puroclean Online training Academy course work (within your 1st 30 days)

Schedule and complete IRCRC Certification Training Courses (within your 1st 6-24 months)

Choose Schedule & Complete Master Tracks (Year 3) Equipment, Fleet and Warehouse Management

Make sure supplies, tools and equipment required for jobs are fully stocked and available for job

Coordinate with office staff to maintain proper on-hand inventory of professional cleaning products, operating supplies, tools, equipment, and vehicles

Manage equipment and materials inventory

Pull and label any non-working equipment. Needs to be labeled with your initials and date repair needs were discovered

Manage and maintain organization for vehicles, equipment, and facilities. Vehicles should always be stocked and ready for a WTR job. Inventory and restock vehicles at the end of each day.

Manage and coordinate any fleet PM needs and/or repairs necessary as it arises and/or during a weekly inspection

Vehicle should not leave the warehouse until the exterior and interior is cleaned and presentable. Appearance and Risk/Safety Management

Follow Puroclean uniform policy (branded polo shirt, khaki pants, work boots) and code of conduct

Understand and follow safety guidelines on the jobsite, in the warehouse, and while traveling Use of Tools/Software

Consistently use available technology for execution, organization, and tracking of jobs

Consistently demonstrate efficiency, communications, information flow, and world class customer service

Program requirement includes, but not limited to Purologic(Dash), Xactanalysis, CompanyCam, MICA-Mitigate, Virtual Assist, Dropbox, Xactimate

Develop and implement a written list of tools that belong in a Tech tool kit and make sure it is always fully equipped 24/7 Emergency Service

You will be given a company phone or you will be compensated for using your personal phone for work purposes. As such, you will be expected to be responsive during business hours and after. When necessary, you will be expected to come in during off hours to cover any loss that may need attention immediately. Compensation
