1LMX MBE Adoption and Deployment Program Manager

You will be the 1LMX MBE Adoption and Deployment Program Manager for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Team. Our team is responsible for developing and deploying Model Based Enterprise (MBE) products and capabilities. What You Will Be Doing

As the 1LMX MBE Adoption and Deployment Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in deploying MFC developed MBE products and maintaining and executing our schedule for MBE Adoption of Enterprise Transformation Capabilities (TCs) for all MFC programs. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a cross-functional team of direct and indirect reports Building and refining business cases for products and TCs Coordinating with other MFC development/deployment teams to ensure adoption plans are developed and executed Supporting programs with business impact assessments Monitoring and tracking multiple control accounts in a full Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Why Join Us

This position is located in Orlando, FL. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications

Previous experience in program or project management Experience implementing and reporting on Earned Value Demonstrated competency in cost, schedule, and technical scope management Control Account Management or Program Performance Management certification Experience leading teams Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Desired Skills

Masters degree in a related field Experience with Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking Experience with Data management and/or Data Analytics for business use Demonstrated ability to prepare a strategy based on outcomes and execute work scope to meet that strategy Experience in an Agile product centric development structure Knowledge of MFC LOB / Program structures Other Important Information You Should Know

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
