Phoenix Medical Psychiatric Hospital is looking for detail oriented, compassionate Social Workers/Counselors to support our patients at our psychiatric hospital. Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process. Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional. Qualifications include: Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology field required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred. Licensure: Current Social Worker license in the state of AZ is highly preferred. CPR and CPI certification obtained during orientation.
