We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls professional in Greenville, South Carolina, to support our Program Management Team. As a key member of our Greenville, South Carolina program support team, you'll have the chance to work on project teams using your expertise in forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earn value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow and reporting tools. You will manage the overall program cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management. Here's What You'll Need
At least 12 years of project cost controls experience Extensive experience with Primavera P6 Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues Specific experience in CPM Scheduling with Primavera P6, cost engineering functions, including cost control, change management and cost projection analysis Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues Ideally, here's what you'll also have: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or other business management related degree Primavera P6 resource and cost loading Program level related experience. Skills with Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access), Power BI and dashboard development MS Project experience Cost estimating experience Posted Salary Range
The base salary range for this position is $140,800.00 to $184,875.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
