Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Albuquerque, NM Schedule: Full-time | Must be available Monday through Friday, plus weekends as needed Compensation: $17$20 per hour (based on experience) + Incentives We are not just looking for someone to answer phoneswe are looking for a driven professional who takes ownership of the customer experience and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. As a Customer Service Representative at Wagner Mechanical, your role is critical to our daily operations and reputation. You must bring a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. If you can manage high call volumes, stay focused under pressure, and maintain strict accuracythis is the role for you. Core Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism Convert incoming inquiries into scheduled, revenue-generating service appointments Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments Resolve customer concerns on the spot while keeping calm, collected, and focused Enter and manage data accurately within our CRM system Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure zero scheduling errors Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs Participate in mandatory training sessions and stay informed on all service updates, offerings, and procedures Minimum Requirements & Expectations
Exceptional communication skills clear, professional, and persuasive both on the phone and in writing A customer-first mindset with the ability to de-escalate issues and own the resolution Tech-savvy and efficient with Microsoft Office and customer management systems Able to prioritize, multitask, and thrive under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions Punctual, dependable, and accountable Previous call center or customer service experience is required Sales or upselling experience is strongly preferred What We Offer
