Primary responsibility: Keep and maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the mill and warehouse area. Responsibilities: Keep the mill clean and ready for inspection Dump Micro ingredients and record usage and lot number on FDA Log Unload Grain train when it arrives Take inventories prior to shift start Keep reclaim barrels empty Will be trained and Fork Lift certified Unload bag ingredients from inbound trucks, with Fork Lift and log per FSMA guidelines Dispose of any empty bags and trash used during shift Must always wear required PPE
