Tube Laser Operator
Shifts: 2nd Pay Rate: $17.00 - $22.00/hour (depending on experience) Our Opportunity: Onin Staffing has partnered with a local metal manufacturing company and we're looking for Teammates to join our team! Our client is dedicated to providing quality services that will exceed customer expectations while promoting honesty, accountability, and transparency in all that they do! This is a team you'll want to be a part of! What you'll do as a Laser Operator: This position is responsible for the daily setup, operation, and on-time production of defect-free products on the laser machines. He/she will also assist other laser operators with any of their daily duties including area housekeeping, maintenance work, and staging of material. Responsibilities: Preparing and loading machine with raw material according to predetermined schedule. Setting up machine for processing raw material. Assurance that machine is operating as required during processing. Checking processed parts for quality issues/tolerance issues. Machine maintenance and upkeep. Assisting/advising material handler when needed. Work Experience: Read and write in English High school education Hard working, fast moving, self-driven to succeed attitude. Apparel requirements, steel toe boots, heavy jeans.
