The B2B Solutions team owns a suite of capabilities and products that give our corporate clients enhanced security, control and enriched data for their supplier payments. We are essential to our corporate clients and American Express. You will be joining a high-performing, global team that is rethinking the strategy for Global Commercial Services' products. As part of our team, you will evolve the strategy for Corporate Purchasing Card (CPC), evaluate innovative capabilities, and own the CPC P&L. You will be the expert on our customers and competitors and will collaborate with Blue Box stakeholders to bring the best experiences and products to market. Key Responsibilities

+ Drive product strategy rooted in customer needs, Amex's competitive advantage, industry trends and business impact. Inform our global 3-year roadmap + Develop end-to-end customer experiences and define business requirements, working closely with Product Development, pricing, risk, GCO and Technology teams + Own customer research and product construct validation activities, including surveys, Field focus groups, customer interviews, and test & learns + Interface with external partners and global Amex teams to bring products & enhancements to market + Develop go-to-market and sales enablement strategies to increase product acquisition and incremental volume in the US and globally + Own the product P&L and articulate key levers of growth and profitability + Define and monitor metrics of success to inform backlog prioritization and customer insights + Be a B2B payments thought leader Minimum Qualifications

+ 3 years of work experience. + Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Must have a proven track record of driving projects from conception through implementation + Strong collaboration and influencing skills - must be able to deliver results in an environment which requires a high degree of coordination and alignment working with Field organizations, internal partners across GCS and American Express + Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate frequently with senior leadership and customers + Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast changing (and fun!) environment + Proven ability to translate a broad range of insights and inputs (particularly customer needs) into a cohesive strategy and vision + Thrives in ambiguous and fast-changing environment Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree preferred + Product management or management consulting experience is a plus + Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, tail spend and supplier payments is preferred Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
