We're looking for an energetic, organized, and charismatic Bourbon Specialist & Event Planner to lead brand experiences across Kentucky in partnership with Brown-Forman. As a Bourbon Specialist, you'll bring bourbon culture to life through events, experiences, and community engagement. Your mission: Lead Whiskey-Centric Activations: Plan and execute premium events, tastings, and sampling opportunities across Kentucky. Coordinate Distillery Experiences: Support VIP visits, private events, and executive experiences at Brown-Forman distilleries. Be the Local Expert: Provide concierge-level support for trade and consumer partners, offering insights on top venues, transportation, and bourbon-friendly spots. Bridge Communication: Collaborate with sales, PR, distillery, and field marketing teams to align brand efforts and share recaps, insights, and wins. Manage with Excellence: Handle event budgets, vendor coordination, inventory management, POS deployment, and ambassador staffing. What We're Looking For:

Experienced & Detail-Oriented: 3+ years in event planning, spirits, or hospitality. Strong organizational skills and event logistics savvy. A Confident Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence. Public speaking and presentation experience are key. Kentucky-Based & Mobile: Deep knowledge of Kentucky's hospitality landscape. Must be able to travel regularly and work evenings/weekends. Creative & Agile: An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for bringing bourbon experiences to life. Strong problem-solving and budgeting skills. Licensed & Able: Must hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling in and out of state.
