Senior Analyst
An outcome-oriented, analytical thinker, who can work closely with analytics team to create innovative solutions to deal with uncertain data and ambiguous business challenges. Extrapolates and validates data, produces reports, including the development of professional-level visualization for clients. Familiar with modeling techniques and statistics used to recognize trends and patterns in the data, and have used this knowledge to draw meaningful conclusions and develop actionable analyses that drive business decisions. Enjoy working with internal and external customers on business problems, developing and maintaining ongoing relationships and can proactively identify new opportunities through research and analysis. Assists in the development and maintenance of the data architecture and model to provide a foundation for database design that supports Employee Benefits needs. Thrives in a culture of innovation and never settling with the status quo. Requires a Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent work experience. Up to 2 years of overall work experience. Solid verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise documents. Understanding of analytics and root cause analysis with ability to communicate drivers. Strong Excel experience. Experience with data mining and analytic tools (e.g. Access, SQL, SAS, SPSS, R, etc.) Experience with relevant business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) commonly used to organize and visualize large data sets. Familiar with modeling techniques and statistics (e.g. regression, cluster analysis, etc.)
