LHH Recruitment Solutions, a division of the Adecco Group, is a leading HR Solutions provider. We specialize in recruiting within accounting and finance, working with premier clients globally. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level positions. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates recruiting strategies. Develops client accounts, generates new business, and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline. Serves as an expert on market trends and roles. Screens resumes, conducts interviews, and negotiates fee agreements. Nurtures account development, tours clients' offices, and generates direct hire fees. Enters and tracks data, creates temporary employee programs, and maintains relationships with candidates. Establishes industry contacts and develops client relationships. Responds to inquiries and completes hiring processes. Requires three years of experience recruiting top tier candidates or relevant industry experience. Bachelor's degree or five years of professional work experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems is necessary. Knowledge of sourcing and recruiting trends is essential. The company offers a range of resources for upskilling and development, emphasizing a growth mindset and collective spirit.
