The STC Advocate role is a unique opportunity to be the face of an innovative company in the online car buying industry. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, as you will be the first point of contact for customers meeting a company representative face-to-face. This position offers the freedom to go above and beyond in creating a one-of-a-kind customer experience. Responsibilities
Deliver a uniquely special experience to each and every customer, embodying the brand's ethos daily. Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company policies. Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary. Drive a company-owned car to approximately 6-8 appointments daily at customer homes. Greet customers, inspect the car they are selling, and facilitate the paperwork process using an iPad. Arrange for the tow to pick up the car from the customer's home and proceed to the next appointment. Essential Skills
Customer service oriented with a passion for delivering memorable experiences. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years. 2+ years of customer-facing experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to communicate offerings clearly and consistently. Proficient in English with strong attention to detail. Capability to sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours). Additional Skills & Qualifications
Sense of humor and passion for customer experience. Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Team player with an understanding of teamwork dynamics. Possess energy and drive to meet deadlines and find solutions. Interest in working hard and enjoying challenges in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment
This is a temporary role for 6-8 weeks to assist with the busy season, with a small possibility of becoming permanent based on availability and willingness to transition into a car hauler position. The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor conditions, with exposure to varying weather. The company culture encourages great communication and brand ambassadorship, requiring flexibility and quick adaptation. The pace is fast, and the company values hard work, offering engaging activities like ping pong and corn hole tournaments during downtime. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
