About The Role

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Jasper, you will play a crucial role in our sales organization. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new prospects, managing the entire sales cycle, and successfully closing deals. Collaborating closely with our sales engineering, customer success, and BDR teams, you will ensure a seamless experience for our clients. You'll be expected to orchestrate internal account teams, lead product demonstrations, build ROI plans and presentations for Marketers and IT teams, and drive the purchasing process to a successful close. This fully remote role reports to the Sales Director for Mid-Market Sales and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US. What You Will Do At Jasper

After learning about Jasper's product, value proposition, use cases, and sales process, you will manage your sales cycles. You'll source new prospects, manage inbound leads, and run your own demos. You'll be responsible for the full land and expansion sales cycles, heavily relying on team selling, including collaborating with solutions engineers, value engineers, professional services, and other cross-functional teams. Closing initial cycles based on your quota consistently. Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and Gong, so we can accurately track progress and forecast revenue. Work collaboratively with our CSM team to ensure new clients leverage the value of Jasper. What You Will Bring To Jasper

3-5 years of B2B software sales experience. Track record of success in a fast-paced, growing culture with minimal supervision. Comfortable operating independently within a collaborative environment. Passion for developing relationships and curiosity for uncovering your customer needs. Creative in solving customer challenges with a consultative approach, "trusted advisor" and product specialist mindset. Open to a creative and collaborative team environment of sharing ideas and best practices to win as a team. Experience in technical SaaS sales. Knowledge of Marketing and/or Generative AI is a plus. Open to minimal travel for team events and optional lead generative events, such as prospect dinners and trade shows. Compensation Range
