This is a combined posting of (4) positions; (1) position in each of the following departments: Injectable Prep, Injectable Packaging, Injectable Manufacturing and Injectable Inspection. Candidates will have the opportunity to express specific preference for one of these positions during the interview process. In this role, you will: Identify and implement cost savings ideas, specifically line/process efficiency improvements and other projects that increase equipment capacity. Develop and validate manufacturing processes for drug products, taking into consideration problems inherent in the transfer of technology from research to production, from other sites, or within the site. Conduct tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over applicable process variables. Investigate deviations that occur on the manufacturing floor. Performs root-cause analysis and identifies appropriate, effective corrective actions. Implements corrective actions in conjunction with the appropriate enabling groups, i.e. engineering, maintenance, quality, validation, environmental health and safety. Lead technical improvement projects aimed at defect reduction, improved equipment reliability, and better equipment utilization. Serve as customer project manager on equipment purchases or improvements; interface closely with engineering to specify user requirements, review and approve drawings, define project scopes. Successful candidate must be familiar with tools and techniques required to manage large scale complex projects through multi-disciplinary teams. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements): Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office programs Strong organizational skills Basic understanding of manufacturing processes Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements): Pharmaceutical experience in Operations Engineering Experience in a highly regulated environment Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory standards Strong problem-solving skills Ability to identify and implement cost-effective solutions Experience in optimizing production workflows Physical/Mental Requirements Gowning to access production floor will be required. Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems is required. Strong aptitude for learning process technology and equipment Job will include standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional lifting may be required. Non-standard work schedule, travel or environment requirements Travel may be required for specific projects, training, or network support. (?5%) Job may also require occasional weekend/evening work supporting a 24-hour/7-day operation. Work Location Assignment: On Premise Last Day to Apply: August 4 The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,500.00 to $110,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
