Intramural Supervisor
Ithaca College is looking for an enthusiastic Intramural Supervisor to oversee our intramural sports programs. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive and safe environment for all participants, while promoting sportsmanship and engagement. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate intramural sports leagues and events. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Enforce rules and regulations, maintaining a fair and competitive atmosphere. Provide guidance and support to referees and scorekeepers. Handle any conflicts or issues that arise during games. Assist with scheduling, set-up, and take-down of facilities. Promote a culture of inclusivity and sportsmanship among participants. Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and volunteers. Qualifications Knowledge of various sports and their rules. Previous experience in sports supervision or recreation is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively. Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
