Web3 Sourcer
The Sei Development Foundation is hiring for a Web3 Sourcer to focus on outreach to top tier passive candidates, acting as the first point of contact at Sei, and managing candidates in the early stages of their interview process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and has a passion for web3. This role will be responsible for building top-of-funnel pipelines, running targeted outbound campaigns, and partnering closely with our recruiting and hiring teams. Source and engage top-tier candidates from the web3 ecosystem Run thoughtful, personalized outbound campaigns to passive talent Build and maintain pipelines across multiple open roles, focusing on quality and speed Work closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements and candidate profiles Act as a candidate's first point of contact and provide a great early-stage experience Track sourcing metrics and iterate based on what's working Recruiting coordination including scheduling and maintaining up-to-date ATS records What We're Looking For
Experience in a sourcing or recruiting role within a web3 startup Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem (bonus points for crypto-native experience) Strong research and outreach skills, with the ability to quickly ramp up on new roles Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-starter who's resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity Experience working independently in a hybrid and async environment Comfortable using sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, X Jobs, Ashby)
